Blade 8 3/4” x 1 3/4” of 3/8” stock. The 3” top
edge can be sharpened on request. This knife design came from Jim Shultz. Jim
was the Editor of Gung-Ho magazine at the time. He came to Don with the design.
Jim and Don worked out a deal for us to produce the knife, and Jim to sell
it through his magazine. Don passed away before we started production. I called Jim, we talked, he told me to send him one of my knives for testing. I did and he said we would do the same deal he and Don had,
because my knife tested out as good as Don’s. I personally carry one of these knives in my truck at all times. It is
with me every time I go into the woods. This knife is designed for heavy outdoor use.
